HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK THE SERVICES OF A FLORIST OR STYLIST?

Once you have set your wedding date and have selected your Ceremony & Reception Venue be sure to book your florist and/or stylist as soon as possible. Peak wedding months are March, April, May, early June and then August, through to November, therefore it is key to book these services 9-12 months in advance. You may not have all of your ideas set in place, however an experienced florist or stylist will be able to assist you during this period to help you with options, pros and cons, and decision making.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CONSULTATIONS?

Consultations are charged at $25 per hour and all consultations must be booked in advance. Should you choose to engage our services, your $25 consultation fee will be deducted from your final invoice. Walk-in consultations are unfortunately rarely available due to commitments to prebooked clients.

WE ARE SO EXCITED, HOW DO WE GO ABOUT BOOKING YOUR SERVICES?

Following your consultation and acceptance of your quote, to secure your date, you will need to provide a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total.

WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT REQUIRED?

Final Payment is due a minimum of one Month before your wedding day.

WILL YOU DELIVER OUR FLOWERS AND WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

All wedding flowers will be delivered at a time specified by you in consultation with your photographer, hair stylist, venue etc. Items can be packed separately and delivered to additional addresses (charged accordingly).

WHAT TIME WILL MY FLOWERS BE DELIVERED IF I ARRANGE THIS SERVICE?

All wedding flowers will be delivered the morning of your wedding before midday as we understand how important these are for when you are getting ready with your photography. If you have any special requests/requirements, this can be chatted about in your consult.
