Q: How far in advance do I need to book my flowers in?
A: Once you have set your wedding date and have selected your Ceremony and Reception Venue, this is when we recommend getting in touch to start the process. As a guide we recommend 9-12 months in advance, but if you have less time, simply get in touch as soon as possible. You may not have all of your ideas set in place, however an experienced florist or stylist will be able to assist you during this period to help you with options, pros and cons, and decision making.
Q: What should I bring along to the first consultation?
A: Great question! Pretty much everything and anything you have! For some people that might be nothing at all, for others you might have scrapbooks, Pinterest boards, swatches and more. The more information we have the better, as a general guide, information we will ask for is venues, themes, budget, date of the wedding, colour and flower preferences, bridal party numbers, style of your dress, style of bridesmaid dresses, if you have considered florals for venue decor, groom and groomsmen... plus we will ask if you have any inspiration images saved to give us an idea of what is in your head. Don't worry though, if you don't have all this worked out, we will help you make your decisions!
Q: Do you deliver the flowers or do I pick them up?
A: Whatever works for you! We often have brides collect the flowers in the days before the weddings, but also just as often deliver them to you, at your venue on the day. This is something we can work out together. Particularly if there are bits that we need to set up and arrange, of course we will be there. If you are collecting the flowers yourself, we will give you some strict travel, storage and care instructions to ensure the flowers stay looking their best for the big day. Also note, delivery can be arranged to multiple addresses (for example the bride, the groom and the venue), so all the flowers are with who they need to be with, ensuring a stress free day. We are happy to deliver to most locations in South East Queensland, from the Gold Coast, throughout Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast. Need us to go further?! Just ask and we can try make it happen.
Q: What time will my flowers be delivered if I arrange this?
A: All wedding flowers will be delivered at a time specified by you in consultation. We will encourage you to ensure that it lines up with your photographer, hair stylist, make up artist and wedding venue, so everything runs smoothly. Again, items can be packed separately and delivered to additional addresses. We will arrange this and them of course confirm with you closer to the wedding date.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes of course. You can absolutely pay your wedding off over time. We can offer this through our own systems, or we can offer AfterPay and Zip Pay options. The final balance needs to be paid prior to the wedding.
Q: When is final payment required?
A: The final payment for your wedding is required on month before the big day. If you wedding is less than a month away at the time of booking, we will require 100% of this payment upfront. We do have AfterPay and Zip Pay available though, which we can arrange for you to use this payment method if needed.
Q: I have no idea where to even start! HELP

Q: I don't know if the flowers I want will be in season at the time of my wedding?
A: Unfortunately we can't control when flowers are in season, but we will do our best to source exactly what you would like. In recent times with COVID-19 knock on effects, in some cases it has been difficult to get access to certain flowers. While we love using local growers, we do also source from interstate and sometimes international growers. Naturally with lockdowns, border closures and transport delays, we have seen some change to our supplies. However, we will always be super upfront with what is and isn't possible. and most importantly, we will come up with back up options that will still look incredible and achieve the look you are going for. We promise to always find a solution that you are thrilled with.
