Flower deliveries: Every effort is made by our fabulous floral designers to deliver your order exactly as pictured. However, as flowers vary seasonally, sometimes flower type/colour substitutions will be necessary but every endeavour will be made to replicate the colour scheme as displayed.

Product deliveries: If your selected product is not available, we will replace with something similar. For anything that hugely varies from your order we will of course get in touch with you to advise of the changes.
