Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Redcliffe City Florist. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. Processing your OrderAn email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
  2. Shipment Processing TimeProcessing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping within usual operating business hours.After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within the next few hours. Orders are fulfilled in sequence of the order in which the Order was received and paid. The exception is when a specific request has been made to fulfil the order to a certain timeframe, as advised in advance and confirmed by Redcliffe City Florist. You will be advised by phone (or via email if you have ordered via the website) if we believe there will be a delay on meeting your requested delivery time.Floral Orders:Delivered via in-house couriers.Gift & Homeware Orders:All orders are delivered via a third party (eg. Australia Post, Sendle).
  3. Shipment Locations
    1. Domestic OnlyRedcliffe City Florist does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only - anywhere in Australia.
    2. Shipping RestrictionsOur company does ship to both commercial and domestic addresses.
  4. Shipment rates and delivery estimatesWe endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
    1. Same Day ShippingIf ordered are received by 2pm on the day of ordering, then orders will be delivered that same day. Any orders received after 2pm, the order will arrive on the following day.Same Day Shipping costs as detailed during checkout.
    2. Standard ShippingThe order will arrive within 1 business days. Standard Shipping costs as detailed during checkout.
    3. Please note:
      1. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
      2. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
      3. When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:
      4. Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our store.
      5. Due to staff shortages/absences, packages to and from our facility in Redcliffe QLD may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
      6. We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
      7. In-store pickup dates vary based on product availability.
  5. Tracking OptionsRedcliffe City Florist aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process for Gift & Homeware orders only and completed by third-party shippers (eg. Australia Post, Sendle). Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
    1. Domestic OnlyAll orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
  6. International Customs, Duties and TaxesRedcliffe City Florist does not currently offer shipping to international destinations.
  7. DamagesIf there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at (07) 3883 3000 and send photo to hello@redcliffecityflorist.com.au to assist us with tracing the damage and/or rectifying the issue.
  8. Missing or Lost PackageThere are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Redcliffe City Florist politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at (07) 3883 3000 or send written notifications to hello@redcliffecityflorist.com.au to report missing or lost packages.Floral Orders:Redcliffe City Florist will record delivery and attempt to provide a notification on delivery to the customer. If there has been an error in delivery, and the package has not arrived, Redcliffe City Florist will endeavour to rectify the delivery immediately on contact from the customer. If Redcliffe City Florist is unable to deliver or is aware of an error in delivery, they will contact the customer immediately to ensure correct delivery is made.Gifts & Homewares:All missing or lost packages must be reported to Redcliffe City Florist as soon as possible to enable the parcel to be tracked via the third-party shipper. An independent resolution will be reached to rectify the issue and deliver the goods.
